Graham Griffiths

Graham has an executive career spanning 32 years in technology based companies.  He is primarily focussed on working in areas concerned with R&D, marketing, product management and sales (created and deployed solutions globally) with multi-national companies based in the United States and Asia. His multiple captital raising activities total more than $30 million.

He is currently the Managing Director of ipernica Ltd, an ASX listed company that identifies commercially valuable Intellectual Property (“IP”) in companies and research institutions in the Asia Pacific region and generates revenue and asset growth. In this role, he has the overall responsibility for operations including strategy, corporate governance, human resources, investor relations and partnership development.

Graham was the Founding Chairman of Xelor Software Inc, a start up company leveraging Australian research.  Xelor provides proactive solutions for guaranteeing the reliability, quality and management of time-sensitive, real-time Internet Protocol communications such as Voice over IP.  

He was also the Non Executive Director for the Australian Telecommunications Research Institute (“ATRI”) from June 2002 to November 2004, which is a commercial industry representative to a university based research group. ATRI subsequently superceded by Australian Telecommunications CRC and West Australian Telecommunications Research Institute.
